Terms and Fees

Our designs are typically full color prints, these type prints cost more than 1 color prints. We can offer 1 color prints as well.

We do not do our own printing and shipping, we use multiple vendors to satisfy your needs at most cost-effective prices.

Every vendor uses their own shipping method, if you order more than 1 product, each vendor will charge their price individually. Shipments go out according to vendors schedule which may be different per product.

Custom design prices are additional to merchandise cost. Please take note of the following additional terms:

• Our designs are usually full-color prints, which cost more than one-color prints. However, we can provide one-color prints as well.
• Each vendor employs its own shipping method. If you order more than one product, each vendor will charge their price individually. Shipments will be dispatched according to the schedule of each vendor, which may vary for each product.
• Please contact us for design prices. We retain ownership of the designs and do not release the original prints. If you wish to own the design, we may provide the virtual high-quality image for an additional fee.
• Due to the custom nature of the designs, we do not offer any refunds or returns, unless the defect is print-related or product-related. Please read the full terms here
• Return customers using the same design may buy merchandise at cost and we will add your design for a small fee, we will save a copy for future orders.

Return Policy

Products are printed and shipped for us by a print-on-demand company

Which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.

For DTG products, there is a tolerance of 0.5" for print placement, meaning that minor variations in the placement of the print will not be considered as defects. 

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, We offer a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team so we can contact the company for further support.

Production Time

The production time for an order depends on various factors, including the time of year, product availability, and order size. In general, most orders are shipped within 2-7 business days after the order is submitted. However, it’s important to note that the fulfillment timeframe may vary for each order.

Why is my order taking longer than expected?

Occasionally, the order fulfillment may take longer than initially expected. This may be caused by one of the following:

• The garment is out of stock and needs to be ordered from the supplier (if the delay is just a few days, the Print Providers do not necessarily inform us).
• The product did not pass the post-production quality check and needs to be reprinted to ensure a high-quality standard.
• The order contains 12 or more items.

However, if your order hasn’t been updated or shipped within 7 business days, please get in touch with our Support Team for a status update.
