Terms and Conditions

Welcome to
Virtual Assistants USA. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read carefully.

1. Definitions

Client: Any individual or business engaging Virtual Assistants USA for services.
Services: Our offerings, including virtual assistance, graphic design, video/audio editing, sales funnel creation, membership site development, and event management.
Deliverables: Final products or services provided to the Client.
Confidential Information: Any private, non-public information shared between the Client and Virtual Assistants USA.

2. Scope of Services

We provide a range of virtual assistance services tailored to your needs. Each project’s scope, timeline, and deliverables will be outlined in advance. Changes to the scope may result in additional fees.

3. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

Provide all required materials, information, and approvals promptly.
Respond to communications in a timely manner.
Ensure they have the necessary permissions for any materials provided to us.

4. Fees and Payment Terms

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure flat rate services.
Payment: Remaining balances are due upon project completion unless agreed otherwise.
Late Payments: A 5% penalty applies for invoices overdue by more than 7 days.
Refunds: No refunds will be provided for completed work or services rendered.

5. Revisions and Approvals

Revisions Included: Up to two rounds of revisions per project.
Additional Revisions: Charged at $35/hour.
Approval Window: Revisions must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

6. Intellectual Property

Ownership: Final deliverables become the Client’s property upon full payment.
Portfolio Use: We reserve the right to showcase completed work unless requested otherwise in writing.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to safeguard any shared sensitive information. Confidential information will not be disclosed without written consent.

8. Cancellation and Termination

Clients may cancel services with 7 days' written notice.
Upon cancellation, all completed work will be billed, and unused deposits will be forfeited.
We reserve the right to terminate services for breaches of these Terms or non-payment.

9. Third-Party Tools

We are not responsible for any downtime or issues caused by third-party platforms or tools utilized in our services (e.g., hosting platforms, event management software).

10. Warranties and Disclaimers

We do not guarantee specific results (e.g., sales, attendance rates). Services are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind.

11. Indemnification

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims or liabilities arising from:

Use of deliverables.
Materials provided by the Client.

12. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific project. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

13. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will first be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes may proceed to mediation or arbitration in Georgia, USA.

14. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, technical failures).

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms represent the full agreement between you and Virtual Assistants USA, superseding any prior agreements.

16. Electronic Communication

By using our services, you agree that email communications are legally binding.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.

What are your rates?

My rates depend on the scope and complexity of the project. I offer hourly packages, project-based pricing, and monthly retainers. Contact me for a personalized quote.

Can I hire you for a one-time project?

Absolutely! Whether you need help with a specific task or ongoing support, I’m here to assist.

How do you communicate with clients?

I communicate via email, Zoom, or your preferred messaging platform. Regular updates and progress reports are part of my service. My preference is email.

What are your working hours?

I typically work Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm EST. However, I’m flexible and can accommodate urgent tasks or deadlines as needed, in most cases. I will be out of office for national holidays.

Yes! I offer a free 15/30-minute consultation to discuss your needs and how I can assist you.
